Nestled amongst the willow trees & wildflower meadows of the stunning Torfaen countryside is Willow Acres Campsite. With spectacular views of the surrounding hills and valleys, get yourself a slice of peace and tranquillity in our traditional and environmental campsite.
Willow acres Campsite is a brand new campsite for 2022. We are the 3rd generation of farmers and aim to go into the future supporting the farm in a different way. We welcome our campers to explore and enjoy our idyllic campsite and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
This small friendly site is run by the farming families of Lasgarn farm. The working farm is home to 300 sheep and a herd of welsh black cattle and is run using traditional farming methods. You will see a glimpse of farming life and these well-tended animals in adjoining areas of the farm. It is especially exciting during lambing and calving seasons.

Activities
- Dark Skies: If star gazing is your thing you will be truly delighted by the dark skies above the site. Sitting by your campfire you may rediscover the feeling of belonging to the world around us, and of being at one with nature. As we are so remote we are blessed with exceptional scenes of the sky at night.
- Walking: Overlooking the Brecon Beacons National Park and just off the famous Cambrian Way route, our walkers will be spoilt for choice. A quick 15-minute walk will take you to the top of the Garn Wenn mountain where you are treated to fantastic 360-degree views stretching towards the Severn estuary, the Blorenge, the Skirid and the Sugar Loaf mountains. Sometimes you can even see the Malvern Hills on a clear day.
- Mountain biking and sport: The area is popular with mountain bikers who enjoy the rugged landscape and challenges of the trails. Why not also check out trepanations Trails C.I.C sport & recreation trails they look awesome!
